What's not to like about OREOs and GOT MILK? The eleven OREOs plus the HYDROX make an even dozen. Smooth solve. I always enjoy a reference to that old chestnut O SOLE Mio, although ETNEAN seemed like a stretch. Does anyone still wear OXFORDS? Brings back memories of junior high--not good. Well I don't want to RATTLE ON, NATTER too much or write an ESSAY, so Happy Sunday all! I'd go buy some OREOs, but it's raining in SoCal and I'd have to go find my umbrella!

Thanks again for posting the answer!

This one was a little harder for me due to words like ANSA and NEVE. Also, PATE isn't always hairless. Being an ex-engineer Electro-Motive Force, or EMF was suddenly realized, but not so quickly. Enjoyable while watching the Lakers win.

Thanks again, PG.

So many OREOs in the puzzle and not a one in my house! (Or a Hydrox, for that matter!) I'm hungry!

Had DOLT, DOPE and DORK before DODO.

Just watched "LAURA," this past week and YET it was my last fill in!

Late to the puzzle, as Christmas food shopping began in earnest today!
Thanks, Merl and Doug (and always Rich)

Captcha:domen-as in Do men actually Christmas shop before Dec. 24th????

Had to Google FAYE to solve that nasty little cluster of movie, TV, and sports clues. Other than that, it was slow but steady.

Wanted "Actress Campbell" to be NELL, from Rocky Horror.
