I have been reading this site for a few months now and finally feel the need to comment about something.<br /><br />The use of the word oast(s) with regards to being part of a brewery or a brewer's tool is as far as I can determine incorrect. Oasts are parts of oasthouses found on hops farms. They are the size of houses and for the most part long forgotten.
